I was passing by Orland on my way back from vacation in Maine and I heard loud noise from my car in the parking lot at Fort Knox. Was very worried about it and called a couple of garages that were too busy to service my car. I was referred to outback Towing Tire & Lube. I talked to Lee on the phone about my situation and he immediately asked me to bring my car over. My car didn't make the noise on my way there. Lee thoroughly checked my car, filled one of my tires that's a little low, and reassured me that its safe to drive home. When I was about to pay for his service, he told me it was free and wished us safe trip back home. We made it home safe and sound with peace of mind. I am very grateful for what Lee has done for us. Great people offering help when most needed!

These folks always do high quality work, and they do it fast too. Further, I was in an accident right in front of their building recently, and they were the first ones out to check on me, gather my belongings from the ditch, and make sure my totaled car was ready to be towed. Basically, high quality work, high quality people.
